"DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!! Management is terrible . They speak to you rudely and fix nothing . The apartments are infected insanely with roaches . The leasing manager is having sexual relations with all the maintenance staff and some residents and even came on to me ."

"The customer service is POOR! The property manager and property assistant manger is SO unprofessional. Both ladies don’t know how to talk to people in a professional manner! I was very upset with how I was treated the past 2 weeks after doing my application. The model that they showed is false advertising. Nun of the apartments look like the model. When I asked the property manger for that floor plan her response was “you have to get that image out of your head! The only thing that’s accurate with the 2 bed is the square footage” She went on with an attitude. I then asked if I could be redirected to another agent. I received Mr jarrell as a leasing agent and he redirected me to the property management. The property manager was upset that I went from one agent to another without asking what was the reason or concerns. She continued on by saying I have an HAWKS alert on my credit and that she couldn’t run my credit. Which was false! I sent over documents from credit union showing there’s no fraud alert. Once I did that she yelled over the phone calling me Ms. Sharon instead of my correct name. The property manager attitude was beyond disgusting. I never experienced something like this before! It was discrimination at it’s finest. The property manager said she would give me a call back after I sent over proof of no freeze on my credit, 2 hours went by and I called again to see if the called the code that’s on the credit to see what was the issue! She then got upset saying “Alexus first you went from the assistant manager then to jarrell now you want my help?” With an nasty attitude. I said because the assistant manager attitude was poor and Jarrell wasn’t in at the moment. She proceeded to say well ima just deny you and you can call they the application to get your 215 back or figure it out. I called back for corporate number and she gave me the wrong corporate number before hanging up she said with a laugh “ do you know our corporate location is located in Florida. I am now lawyering up and taking further action"

"Honestly I thought this was a good property but it ended up not being worth the move. First off it’s something going on with the sewer system the toilet in my unit is always stopped up!!! Secondly I haven’t been able to wash my clothes using the hot water cause it’s saying on my washing machine low water pressure I’ve been here since March then kids around on the property take the trash out and just throw it anywhere besides the dumpster .. I put a work order in back in July for my bathroom cabinet and it’s still not fixed. The property manager is an awesome person I absolutely loved working with her, but the other staff member that works in the office always look like somebody owe her something ijs just mean mugging people!! So I say all this to say just take your time when looking for a place to spend your hard earned money for you to lay your head my experience may be different from yours…"

"Jarell is a fantastic asset to your company! He was able to answer all our questions with care and asked for assistance when he did not know something instead of “guessing” and “assuming”. Wonderful person!!"

"Terrible customer service everybody up there has a disgusting attitude, there were 5 people working in my application and they were all giving me the run around I applied on Saturday and a week and a half later I got “approved” for a roach infested apartment. The model Susan Crawford showed me was not how my unit would have looked. as soon as I walked in it smelled terrible and chips and pieces were missing from the stove the cabinets were old. Ronda had a trash attitude. Don’t go here at all."
