Adar at Golden Gate

"Adar at golden gates is a disgusting place to live filled with disgusting and distasteful maintenance, Landlord and leasing office. I was here for almost 3 years paying my rent on time!!! I found out i had mold in my apartment and they refused to fix it properly. Fern is a nasty old woman that lives in florida and claims “ she had no idea “ Bullcrap!!!. Upon me and my child being evicted I had a chance to have The DCA pay the rest that I owed and Fern lied to them and stated I wasn’t “ actually “ evicted. If you are thinking about moving here DONT ! Rent high asl just for you to be living in a mold and roach infested apartment."

"God bless Delroys heart. DELROY IS WHY I STAYED THIS LONG N I don't think he gets half of the credit he deserve. I have been here for 4+ years and I know the dark times we coming from Terra Creek days and even though I see daily improvement, so of the original tenants like my self feels neglected. There is no way my apartment should have been flooded out 3 time and worst Part is that I keep warning them before it happen.. To each is there own and after today's event and me losing more of my valuable items due to flood, it's safe to safe that I may not renew my lease. I hate this for me and anyone who have been dealing with the same issue. ADAR YOU CAN DO A WHOLE LOT BETTER THAN YOU ARE CURRENTLY DOING. IMMA NEED U'LL TO STAND ON BUSINESS."

"This is one of the WORST places to live. I’ve been here for 3 years and the leasing office doesn’t care about the living conditions of its tenants at all. Any time I have put in a maintenance request they always come at the time you least expect it or a time that you didn’t request and there is a serious big issue that they constantly neglect. 3 years I’ve been here and paid my rent on time and they can’t even keep unwanted guests out of my place. There’s always trash outside on the grounds, broken bottles and toys in the parking lot and they have an outrageous number of rules you must follow or they will kick you out. If you are looking for a place to stay you’d be better off in a box under the bridge. I would advise anyone looking to move here to seriously reconsider it."

"I think it’s important for me to start making reviews because I heavily rely on you all to warn me so I should return the favor. I scheduled to your here and all I did was drive through and cancelled the appointment. It’s raggedy, dirty, tightly packed. You can see windows full of Cobb webs and dirt from your car. Some people have trash outside their house; old cardboard boxes, kids toys dirty and thrown around. I didn’t see a park or pool but there were children roaming the street just boldly standing in the road staring at your car but not getting out the way. Never went inside but I don’t think I would have been impressed."

"I was reconsidering in touring the place but I didn't have to see the reviews to believe it is true. I've live five minutes away and drive by that street all the time and yes the area is fifthly, dirty and a slum lord. People shouldn't have to live like this accepting a place just to lay their head. Trust the response from the property management is a host like many others response as if they are going to do something quick. It don't take a rocket science to see the owner doesn't care at all trust he doesn't live there either and they don't honor their own contract either they have maintenance to fix a run down broken building but yet threaten you if you move. Please don't spend your money here!"
