"So far, we have lived here for a little over 2 weeks. We've had a great experience so far. Saira and Hannah in the leasing office are so nice and welcoming! They address any questions or concerns very quickly. The complex is quiet and I feel safe. This is the first apartment I've lived in where the gate actually works and the leasing office picks up the phone. My upstairs neighborhoods have a toddler that we can hear occasionally running around, but nothing out of the ordinary. The complex also does a book swap which is super cute! I'll make sure to donate my children and YA books from grade school there soon. Love it so far, feels like home!"

"Moved in about a month ago and things have been great! Maintenance responds very quickly, everyone in the leasing office was really helpful. I needed to move in quickly and they were very accommodating. The amenities are nice and the complex is generally quiet."

"hi. my family recently moved to this complex in may-- so we have been here a month now. .... this is a great complex-- no issues so far. units are nice and updated and the floor plans make sense....they actually are laid out smart and not just a square like other complexes.... plenty of storage... big closets... nice laundry room...patio is nice with outside storage unit. Security gate actually works-- ive lived in plenty of complexes where the gate is broken all the time... very safe community. Office staff are friendly, helpful and they actually answer the phones when you call. Hanna and Tamara were both very helpful as we were doing all of our paperwork from Miami Florida and we were out of the country for a while as well and they still stayed in communication with us throughout the process. Overall.... so far a wonderful experience and i hope this place keeps it up! would highly recommend."
