That wasn't going to work- I needed a place to stay asap. Terrence was able to get my move in process expedited, and after a few days, I was in my new place at the Reid. Everything went smoothly. And 18 months later, I am still here, very appreciative of the staff and what they do to ensure that our community is safe, clean and peaceful."

"I went to tour this place at my assigned time of 4:45 pm. Upon arrival the doors were locked and I was greeted by Terrence. He stared at me from the door and left me in the cold for atleast one minute. He then came to the door asking me why I was there. I told him I came to view the apartment complex. He took me into the office rushing the process and let me know he would be leaving in 15 minutes whether we were done with the tour or not. If this is the treatment a future resident receives I can only imagine how it would be if I was resident. I will not be coming back to tour nor will I have plans on living here."

"I have been living here for 14 months now and just renewed my lease. The staff that works here is very friendly and they know me by name. I like the occasional get togethers they have in the social lounge for the residents. The social lounge is very convenient to host parties in and in glassed in so that if there are any loud guests it doesn’t disturb the residents. Maintenance requests are done very promptly – usually within 24 hours. The pool is open all year long and always is in peak condition. The hallways are climate controlled, so I don’t spend a lot of money on heat and air conditioning. It is a gated community, so it is very safe with no reported vandalism that I know of. I have the ground floor corner property facing the pool. It is a shaded area, so I wasn’t getting a lot of grass growing. The management team was very proactive in making sure I was happy with my yard. So, they paid landscapers to come in and put down fresh mulch and paving stones at my request. Did not cost me a penny. My backyards looks great now! My only complaint is the new policy that you must pay rent electronically now through the resident portal or money gram. It was very convenient to pay with check or money order."
