"DON'T MOVE HERE!!! I paid their bills on time and in full every month, but after I left, they billed my insurance company without notifying me of some obscure debt. I would have paid this bill without any problems, as I always did, and would have forgotten about their huge rental cost like a nightmare. But they didn't even bother to send me an email, it's that simple. I had stress and a damaged reputation. Just as soon as I moved in, they tried to charge me $ 200 for a damaged door that was broken by previous tenants, I am grateful that my evidence worked and they stopped demanding this amount. Now I have moved into an apartment for $ 500 cheaper. DON'T MESS WITH THEM, IT'S VERY EXPENSIVE!!!"

"I will not be renewing my lease once its up....Ive lived here since 2021 and can honestly say ive tried giving it a chance....if I cld leave sooner without penalty, I wld. This is has been by fair the worst apartment complex that I have lived in....EVER! There is a bug problem in the units, my car mirror (on my car) was stolen within the past year and there are lots of sticky fingers seem to be floating around the complex. I no longer feel safe putting decor outside of my door without fearing that someone will steal it (someone has on 2 occassions within the past year).....packages have also been taken off of my porch on various occasions (without my consent). The complex also needs to to do a better job with keeping up the grounds as well. Lately, there has been trash all over the place, the complex trash compactor is consistently out of order and the gate at the front is also consistently out of service.....leaving trash being stacked up around the compactor. The best thing about this location is the convenience to the city. .....other than that....its been an overall pitiful expierience over all. I pay too much to be living under these conditions. Avana Chase, you need to do better!!! Do yourself and favor look elsewhere if you are seeking a place to live. The leasing office is definately selling a FALSE dream......this place is definitely beneath my standards of living! #SMH!"

"Haven't had an apartment for many years before moving to Avana Chase. The experience so far has been good. Edgar in the leasing office was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made my move a lot less stressful. I left off a star because the first time entering my new apartment the bugs scattered and I felt like there were a few things in the bathroom and kitchen that were left undone or not fixed. But overall it's been pretty good."
