"Big king-sized bed. Old bathtub. Sink had long hair in it and counter needed wiping off. Trash not emptied after 1st day. No clean linen provided after 1st day. But better than I expected."

"My husband and I Love the Masters inn!.We have stayed there twice this year once in July and in September.Its clean and decently priced.Never had any issues.So since we have six flags seasonal passes we will definitely be back!"

"This hotel was not to bad. The only thing missing was a mini fridge and microwave. The staff was friendly. Although one of the rooms had people smoking marijuana. But all in all was a decent stay."

"I called an hour and a half before arrival to check availability for a NON SMOKING room. The front desk worker Matt assured me that one was available. On the drive up to the hotel lobby, I seen one naked woman open the door for a man then another naked woman covered with only a sheet, hopping inside a vehicle. Why didn’t I turn my car around at this point? The lord only knows. But me, my husband and infant just drove 7 hours and we needed sleep. Husband walks to the front desk to reserve the room, he reiterated NON SMOKING, Matt understood. We paid. We park, unload and make our way into the room. We opened the door and lo and behold, the smell of stale cigarette smoke. I told my husband expeditiously to go back to the office and have them make this right. Matt starts talking about spraying the room with freshener. Is he mad? I have an infant, thats not going to work. So now we are requesting a refund and the indian lady at the front desk becomes irate and says we’ve been in the room for more than 15 minutes then gets into a yelling match with my husband. Me knowing that my husband’s patience is thin and he is about to blow a fuse, I go there to mediate and rationalize and now shes arguing me down telling me to never come back and calling my husband a criminal. Why? Because we would not accept sleeping in a smokey room with our 4 month old and requested a refund. Whatever you do, please do not spend a dime here. You’ve been warned!"
