"The attorney for Northlake Manor Randy Lipshitus foreclosed on 12 Properties later on the 12 Properties were sold by HOA for $150,000.00 while market value now is near two million. Now the new HOA is Suing to get the properties back. 12 owners lost their properties for nothing. Justice at work. Now the new company Wolf Acquistion bought many condos taking old HOA to court to get properties back have totally renovated the whole complex. Now look like brand new complex."

"Trash not worth it"

"If I could give zero stars I would. They don't fix anything here. The owner Jonas and his brother Johnny don't ever answer his phone it always goes straight to voicemail. The only time you see or hear from him is when rent is due. My stove doesn't work, AC/heat doesn't work, water leaking from the bathroom toilet, shower doesn't work properly. The electric here is not working right the light always comes and goes. And now Georgia Power cut off my power because its dangerous and the owner needs to come fix it. Mold is coming out the wall making us sick. There is no office here. Each apartment has its own individual owner. The apartment is E. The owner is a slumlord."

"Mayra was very helpful in my search for a new home. She showed me about three different apartments, but the one in Northlake Condo felt like a new home. She helped me out through the entire process of the paperwork and explaining in great details. I would recommend 100% these apartments, because she was so helpful! Even after we moved in, our stoved didn’t work and I told her, and I got it fixed in less than an hour! It was worth moving here !"
