Motel 6 Tucker, GA - Atlanta Northeast 2810 Lawrenceville Highway, Tucker, GA 30084

"I moved from Florida & chose to stay at this motel due to traveling so long . On the first day checking in the advised me even though I had a reservation that no room was available & I would have to wait until after 3:30pm . So I waited then when I checked in the room they gave me (329) was nasty as ever . The door in the bathroom looked as if it was kicked off the hinges , the microwave didnt work , the room was dirty . Dirt in the front of the door as if they didn't sweep , the chairs had food stains & food left in them , no coffee maker , roaches everywhere , rat traps everywhere , holes in the cabinets & in the kitchen , the walls dirty . The stains on the doors & walls , bed bugs , the trim on the wall was coming off , there was suger on the counter , roaches in the cabinets just nasty . Then they switched us the next day to a worser room (276) . The cabinets doors are being held with tape , the beds were stained ,it smelled like someone smoked cigarettes' all day in the room & it rained so the ceiling started leaking . They switched us again to another bad room , the windows were dirty , the ac didnt work , no trash can , dressers broken , outlets don't work , no coffee maker , & no one came by to clean up our room . We mentioned it to the front desk & housekeeping one housekeeper advised me she didnt clean the room & it wasn't her job . Then a housekeeper came to use accusing us of stealing pillows that we travelled with & when we mentioned that it was our pillows she advised us that either we were lying or her housekeeper & that she needed to investigate it . This by far was the worst stay ever .. I cant believed that this location is still open . The grass is FILLED with dog poop , LITERALLY ."

"Room was clean at first POV BUT it has roaches and had a rotten smell in the air. Booked for a weekend (2/2-2/5/24) I asked for a refund later that same day. Unless they improve this location imme I will not be booking ever again"

"Started with a surprise $4 utility fee... for what, using the utilities of the room I'm already paying for? No cups for water for brushing my teeth. Half the display on the TV is dark making the picture nearly impossible to see. The mirror above the sink is broken with loose shards just kind of floating there. The a/c is stuck at 64 and doesn't do heat. The second, smaller bed is sunken in with only 1 pillow. I killed 4 roaches in the first ten minutes of walking in. I got here at night and I'm exhausted, but needless to say, I'll never stay here again."

"I had a training class on December 2, 2023. When I return my key would not work. The manager informed me that she had her staff to pick up my things, she did not ask me was I intended to pay for another day which I was. I had a scented candle they throw it away, they keep the body wash and tweezers. The manager had a nasty attitude and the room had roaches also drug dealers"

"My family and I are long term stay and since Donna took over management, this hotel is better off w her here. She has always been professional, has made sure rooms are consistently clean, repairs are now being done. She's awesome."
