I was greeted by Mr. Eric that was pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable of the property. If it was left up to me I would have applied for an apartment. It is my son's decision, I will let him know that I feel comfortable with him living at Pakwoods Estates."

"So they will be quick to tell you about rent being late but take months and months to fix stuff that needs to be fixed all that's being done is stuff being covered up I've had issues since I moved here about 3 or 4 months ago... "Do not I repeat do not live her the manager is very ghetto they told me I could move into my unit on a Friday I came by it wasn’t ready till Monday after I already packed my car up twice to move changed my mail over and got lights switched I go to look at my apartment and it’s roaches everywhere it was dirty the lady found me another place sane day after we threatened to show the pics to corporate I had over 40 pictures DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And she said this is move in ready"

"I really hate to complain but living in these apartments have been a nightmare. Our apartment is roach infested. We had rats in our apartment when we first moved in. The air condition does not cool our apartment. We called about a month ago because our refrigerator is make a loud noise and temperature control is too cold and our food and vegetables are freezing even though we turned the control down and they still haven't came. The toilet handle is broke and every time maintenance come and says its fixed it breaks again. MS. WHITNEY JONES WHO I BELIEVE IS ALSO THE OFFICE MANAGER THAT MADE A REVIEW WHICH IS A LIE! Ms. Jones Is very very rude. Over 95% of the apartments are roach infested. I tried to explain to Ms. JONES that the exterminator was not using a strong enough solution because I requested my apartment be sprayed every Thursday and I could not see any change. We had to buy our own raid to spray our apartment and it only helped a little. We asked for a number to cooperate and me JONES informed us they did not have a number for cooperate and that she was our only contact."
