"Can’t never have the bill up and ready on the first, there was shoot out right under me, and cars broken in to numerous times and have the audacity to still go around and charge people for trash at their door. Residents pay for their trash to be picked up because you have no choice, only to be charged when it isn’t picked up. Complete scam and only care about money. A whole shooting took place and they wanted to give less than a month to move out in this economy. They could care less about resident safety or concerns."
