"The worst exsperience ever! FIRST we booked and paid online. We had our reservations and paid so once we got in town everything would be ready..only 5 hours later when we tried to check in ...we were told it was gonna cost more money. So we ask to cancell and get our money back...they refused and told us if we didn't pay the extra added on amount that we could not check in and would just loose our money we already paid for the night .. Not professional, does not show any customer service experience and once we were forced to pay more money or loose the money we already paid.. The front desk guy did not want to give me any kind of receipt... After me repeatedly telling him I need a receipt for the cash we just had to pay him ...he proceeds to give me a hand written small sticky note including minimum information. NEVER WOULD GIVE ANY TYPE COMPUTER GENERATED RECEIPT..For all we know ,he pocketed our added on fees....the supposedly security guy was creepy and all in our face insisting to get our stuff and lurking outside our room...he ask us for money for tip ...we were not asking for help and didn't feel he was helping. Instead he made us uncomfortable. Our room door was damaged or something causing us to have problems closing it all the way...the breakfast they claim to have turns out to be a brown sack with sweets such as honey buns pr packaged items..no hot breakfast as it claims on their website ...advertises continental hot breakfast ..yet the front desk guy will not allow you yo utilize the waffle maker or serve yourself instead the stops you with a small brown sack with honeybun and a package of Swiss mix to take back and prepare yourself in the room. I do not recommend this place at all!! I will never return to the sleep inn Lithonia. Don't waste your time because it will cost you more than expected, you probably won't get a receipt, your room door may be damaged and not closing as it should, the creepy supposedly security will stalk you and even ask you for money, no hot breakfast at al, the TV in the room had no channels programmed and the remote would not allow you to program anything( so we could not watch one single thing the entire time) and it does no-good to complain because it seems they do not take customer service serious or care about their guest experiences! Horrible place and very disappointed!!"

"Please do not waste your money staying here you pay $110 - $120 to not receive breakfast every morning as they advertise they do not have house keeping so you basically have to clean your own room change your own bed sheets sweep mop etc the washer and dryer in the hotel does not work thinking since they just opened they would have NEW washers and dryers they do not I was not able to dry my clothes due to when I placed my clothes in the dryer it instantly stopped working ! THEY DO NOT CLEAN and you are NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE GUEST OVER DURING THE DAY even though you are paying $110 -$120 a day they do not allow guest AT ALL ! my room door also did not lock I have a 8 month old daughter while we were asleep in our room in the middle of the night a man walked into our room we told the owner of the building and he stated he did not care & said “ IT LOCKS NOW RIGHT “ ! we also recorded a video of our door not being able to lock he still did not care kids were running up and down the halls a couple were fighting constantly every night & they refused to put them out my sister dried off with a towel that the front desk gave us and it had someone else’s body dirt on it along with yellow stains my sheets also had blood stains when you mention these things to them in a respectful way they still do not seem to care and lastly the water does not get hot you have to let the sink run for 10-15 mins in order for the hot water to work in the shower this hotel was not ready for opening!"
