"Incompetent mantaince personal,unaware of how to preform there task, they Don't knock or alert tenents when entering a unit.We tried to discuss a game plan so that we could have AC but he refuses to make logical steps towards improvement of there units."

"There are roaches and bed bugs they show you nice houses online but in person its a whole different place also you have power and water outages alot. I advise you not to move here at all. And the landlords have poor communication skills."
"READ FOR UPDATE -- I've been here for six months. My car has been broken into & my window was broken. I have the worst neighbors ever. The "office" never answers the phone. Smh. Terrible. *UPDATE* I've been here a little over 4 years now. I stayed in two different units and had two different landlords. The safety hasn't changed very much, it's still a troublesome subdivision but the HOA committee has installed cameras throughout the property, they do work. Most of the townhomes are under new management since my last review, and they do answer the phone. There's also a maintenance team. The big cons to living here are you have to pay all the utilities and the The property managers do not provide pest control. And also the maintenance team isn't up to par. I have no doubt that I could call code enforcement but this place is really a steal. This is a really good place to be if you're starting over and really looking to save, it's worth it."
"This is by far the worst place ever. freedom of speech publicly as long as its the truth right?!!!!!! Well as you would know, recently a whole row of houses which resembled the drug houses on "The Wire", were without water due to plumbing issues in 7 out of 10 of those town-homes. For any one to go through that must really sucks. But here is the kicker, there trying to scam me( a current tenant) out of money to help fix there issues and who knows who else their doing this to. There are really better places like the underground sewer to live than to move here, no matter what dream Mrs Ford and this so called co owner Roger(who is really just a worker, not a boss) wants to sell you. RUN"
