"DO NOT I MEAN DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!! The GM is incompetent and do not know how to run this business!! There was a mix up on their part when we extended our room, they billed another customer’s credit card. At 12am a front desk associate came to our room open the door and accused us of fraud and told us he was calling the police. The next morning the GM didn’t even care about the details of the story or what this young man had did, she only cared about giving us a free night. After this young man woke us up out of our sleep with me and my under age daughters undressed!!! Another night when a Quest was checking in they gave them the room we were staying. Once again at 11pm I was awakened by someone entering our room!!! The quest was completely apologetic but it wasn’t their fault. The next morning the GM accused us of not extending or PAYING but we had the receipt to clearly show they had already billed our card that night. This lady needs to be fired, she is the reason they have so many bad reviews. She doesn’t know what she’s doing and is not qualified to RUN AND ENTIRE HOTEL!!!!!"

"Rooms were a little out dated (shower head, TV’s, lamps, pullout couch). Older on the inside than it looks on the outside. Remote controlled blinds don’t work, so no natural light during my trip. Way too dark in the room to not have natural light. MARRIOTT CORPORATE - this portion of the review is on you. The staff is amazing!!! 7 stars to anyone currently employed!!! Everything was spotless clean!!! The staff were friendly and helpful. Including the night staff!!! Get on it Corporate."

"During my stay on January 14, 2024, I spotted a large COCKROACH hiding under the hotel wash cloth that was sitting on the two-drawer chest in the room. I was totally DISGUSTED and nervous about whether roaches infested my luggage or any other personal belongings. I went through my bag and shook everything out but was uneasy about placing my items anywhere else in the room. I called down to the front desk to attempt to report the complaint to a manager but was told the manager won’t be in until tomorrow (January 15, 2024). I reported the complaint to a front desk agent and she offered no apology, displayed no empathy and was very careless about what occurred. The customer service at this hotel was poor and the staff I encountered were unprofessional. The breakfast service was slow and was not well maintained. The staff person hid in the back and did not replenish often or wipe up and wasn’t attentive to guests needs or items that ran low. There was a strong odor in the hotel lobby, on the elevator and throughout the hallways (guest floors). The hotel certainly was not modern and very outdated. I want to make others aware of the unsanitary conditions in this location. I would never reserve a room in the future at this filthy establishment and certainly wouldn’t recommend it to others."

"First and foremost, the front counter person was not very attentive and rude. I had to go out of the hotel for breakfast because they didn't have enough food prepared. Knowing that there was a convention that day the kitchen staff person only made one pan of sausage. When I inquired I was told to be patient because it would take another 10 minutes before any would be ready and I had to leave to be on time for my meeting. The room was decent but cramped in the sleeping area. I will definitely consider another hotel for my next visit in this area."

"Over 100 hotel stays this year and this was the worst in terms of cleanliness. The bed sheets were never changed resulting in lots of hair and foreign body material left over from the person that had the room before me. Had to request new sheets and simply made the bed over top of the existing. Would have asked for another room but sure would of had same result. Don’t stay here……ever"
