"Visiting from out of town. Parking is almost nonexistent. Our view was that of a work truck and mud. Check in was a bit long, we were the only two parties checking in at the time. Elevator roomy and noisy, so noisy we thought it was getting stuck. The bathroom big, but wallpaper peeling. Only one face towel. Called the front desk for more, since 3 of us were in the room. It was like filling out a questionnaire. Loved the dove shower products. The vent under the window contol panel was ducked taped. The hotel store was empty. Asked on staffer for a particular item. She replied what is in the store is what we have. I got the feeling she was more interested in her phone. Area around hotel very dark. Caught off guard by the young man wandering in rhe parking lot talking to himself. The check in and check out staff friendly. I must add the hotel quite."

"Very unprofessional from the general manager, assistant general manager, and unfortunately the director of sales. I was asked to leave the hotel and even had the police called to escort me off the property. I was intentionally locked out of my room, cussed at and had profanity used be the assistant as well as had her put her fingers in my face. The general manager was screaming and hollering at me like I was a child. Though this is the 3rd time I’d stayed at this hotel I’ve never been treated like this not so I intend to ever stay again. I am in the process of filing a formal complaint because I had already paid for two nights before being kicked out. Private property or not I’ve never seen anything like this. All those employees need to be better trained or the owner needs to be made aware that they are hurting his business."

"Hello, my wife and I had reservations at this hotel from 10/27/23 to 10/29/23. We had a late check in due to travel, we got there at roughly 11 pm. When we got to the hotel we checked in & when we went up to the room I noticed it was a handicap room. So I went back downstairs to let the staff know I wasn't pleased with that room however they wouldn't give us another room. After expressing our displeasure and no change we went back up & noticed the room had a urine & feces odor & the bathroom light was flickering when you turn it on. Well of course I wasn't staying in a room where it stinks, we made the staff aware but they still wouldn't do anything to remedy the situation so we left. We didn't stay the night there, I had to find another hotel. I would like a full refund, they offered me 10,000 points but I don't ever want to stay at another Holiday Inn express again and the points are an insult. We paid over $370 for the room & couldn't stay there, this needs to be fixed, it's not fair, they profited off something that we didn't use due to discomfort and the hotel wouldn't give us another room to make these issues right citing they were fully booked. Also the front desk clerk's attitude was horrible!!!!"

"For the price we paid, this was a dud. Pros: room was very clean Cons: Every so often the water pipes liked to vibrate so hard the walls shook. The water was not consistently hot. The shower faucet never fully transferred to the shower head so half the water was pouring from the tub faucet while I only got the other half out of the shower head. The breakfast was pretty lame. Half the items were missing or out of order (including milk???) The eggs were mediocre, the sausage looked suspicious. Bacon was great. Pancakes were tolerable. Bread for toasting was literally just stuffed inside ziploc bags. Coffee was good. I don't expect much out of a free hotel breakfast but even by those low standards this was not great, especially for the price you're paying per night. Staff was a mixed bag. Some were very friendly and helpful, others not so much. The front desk person had to be dragged out of her office by the cleaning lady to come check people out in the morning (the busiest time of day! When everyone is trying to check out! Come on, now). All in all this place is not worth the price and definitely not the kind of nicer hotel experience it's trying to masquerade as. Every La Quinta I've ever stayed at has been better for a cheaper price."
