"The absolute worst place I have ever lived. Mgmt is terrible. The neighborhood is an Arabic neighborhood now and the maintenance men don't repair or take care of the apartments. Haven't been able to use my dishwasher in 4 months, laundry doors won't close. Just move somewhere else, save yourself the headache."

"The management Khalid told me I will have to pay out of pocket for maintenance or he will not send maintenance causing in further damages to my apartment the entire master bedroom flooded the entire carpet is mildewing. I’ve called multiple times numerous months about the issue and he was negligent. I asked to receive a copy of my lease to ensure I have to pay for my own maintenance and he claims to not have a copy or any way to get a copy. He says the company was bought out and he doesn’t know the previous owners. He claims to only have the tenant before mine lease. I’ve been reaching out to anybody that could possibly be above him because he will not give me any contact info. He claims to not have a simple phone number or email at all. He told me take him to court to prove I signed a lease. Yet I still owe rent every month. He is rude , and told me my problem has nothing to do with him and I have small children."

"To the management of the complex. I came to visit a friend in the complex, but I saw very bad treatment by the employee (Khaled Al-Iraqi). I hope that the director of the complex chooses the best employees. There is something that must be taken into consideration. And this is the topic of garbage. There are no trash containers. The tenant is forced to take the garbage bags a long way to throw away the garbage. What negligence by management. Thank you"
