"I went for a scheduled tour on a Saturday, which was delayed by about 15 min. Guess the leasing agent wasn’t prepared?? Nor was she knowledgeable about the property. Think she was just filling in on the weekend. The model I was shown was decent but it is a model. When I left that morning a cop had arrived outside. Don’t know if it was cuz of the car break ins that others talked about in the other reviews. Wasn’t the best 1st impression. Think I’ll keep looking. Would rather rent a house anyways if I can find one…"

"Where do I start ? They deserve negative 10 stars unfortunately that’s not an option. We’re charged monthly for the upkeep Of the apartments grounds and amenities which is a joke . The clubhouse they so proudly advertise is closed down and also the gate they’re so proud to also advertise is constantly broke. We are forced to pay extra for valet trash which is also a joke because they go days without picking up the trash which is 50 Percent of the time . There are wasp and wasp nest all over the property. Our beautiful neighbors love to smoke at the kids playground without any regards for the children . There have been multiple cars stolen from the property. As of recent cars being burglarized on the property have become an ongoing battle. Office staff loves to say if there is a problem their here to help but when we notify them they can’t seem to help Us with any of our problems and say it’s nothing they can do . If you love to spend your hard earned money on over priced unsafe conditions with a hint of fresh weed lingering in the air then this is the Perfect place for you. Below I attached pictures of cars that have been broken into…. And please believe me when I say these aren’t even the half of it. It’s wayyy more cars but it was getting dark and I need you all to see the broken windows. No need to even post the stolen cars because they are gone."

"I don’t know where to start as my experience with Halston McDonough, previously Carrington Green has been amazing! I only needed to submit a work order once when I first moved in for the vent to just be tightened. The apartment looked exactly as the video tour I was sent via email. I chose the video tour but I could have seen the place in person. The apartment was clean and everything was ready for me the day of move in. If I had any questions etc, the leasing team always answered within a timely manner. I didn’t hear loud noises or anything like that. If you’re looking for a friendly, quiet, clean place to live then this is your place. My move in and move out was quick and not a hassle at all. Taia was always nice, professional and sweet. If I needed anything, I made sure to look for her. I would have renewed my lease but due to a personal reason (nothing to do with the complex), I did not renew."

"Having to move to the south from the big apple is such a culture shock but when I tell you the recommendations my girlfriend and I have received have not really matched our style but Halston McDonough! Wow. From the way we were welcomed from just walking in to seeing the beautiful apartments! We love it. The space and cleanliness is amazing."

"This is by far the best apartment experience I have had. The office staff are all very warm and friendly and the property is always clean and maintained. Whenever I have a problem, the maintenance staff comes in and repair whatever I need and they are friendly as well. The apartment is spacious and was very clean when I moved in and I love that the pool is open all year round. My daughter loves to play at the park and I love the privacy I have with my garage!"
