"If I could zero stars I would. Applied for an apartment and was denied due to false information obtained during the screening process. I informed a woman named Queen that I could provide proof that the info was not accurate. She was very dismissive and short. I disputed the information with the 3rd party they use for screening. The information was found out to be in fact… inaccurate. So then everyone and their mother from the Springs wanted to call to offer me an apartment. Stating they messed up and were wrong. I informed them that I was no longer interested and only wanted my refund that I was told would be refunded to my original form of payment. Got hung up on by a very rude and condescending woman who decided to suggest that maybe I could not read. The fact is… no one here seems to be on the same page. You will obtain different information from everyone you speak to and there is an extreme lack of customer service skills from the “women” who work here. No one accepts accountability for their miscommunication or lack of knowledge. Take your money and time elsewhere like I did."

"This has been a wonderful experience at the Springs of McDonough transitioning to a 2nd lease to my own apartment . This quiet community provides a southern charm feel and country living away from the city of Atlanta . Queen , Michele and Jeff have been so professional and pleasant to work with in a process I thought would be long and stressful to deal with . I felt a warm welcome inviting feel when meeting each one of them in the leasing office . Derrick and Brandon in maintenance has been attentive and made sure to accommodate my schedule for move in and to ensure the apartment was clean and presentable . I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a luxury meets quality for a reasonable price and cleanliness."

"I lived in Springs at McDonough for one year in 2018 when they were first built. Changes in living arrangements caused me to look for another apartment earlier this year, and I chose Springs at McDonough again because I remembered how well kept, and quiet the community was. I am enjoying my second lease here and recommend it to my family and friends. I continue to be impressed with the office staff and maintenance crew. Thank you Springs for making me feel at home!"

"Josselin was an excellent rental agent, she was very friendly and very knowledgeable about every question I asked. The maintenance team here is very professional and friendly. From day one at move in they made me feel welcomed. When you place an work order it's complete the same day or the next day if it's put in after hours. When I say TEAM WORK Derrick, Chris and Joe have, that's what make them awesome maintenance workers. They really care about the people in the complex, always speaking with a smile. Great job you all thank you and may God continue to bless you all!"

"My experience from applying to submitting documents was flawless. Josselin answered every little crazy question I had. I rented sight unseen so I had a lot of nerves. I’ve lived in Atlanta before so I know how hard it is to find an apartment that is great not just online but in person and thankfully I came across this property. I’m so grateful for peace of mind and safety you can’t beat that. And there gate’s actually work."
