"I had a FANTASTIC experience moving in all thanks to Fabiola! She streamlined the process so efficiently and well, that I got the keys to my apartment the NEXT week! She was lovely to talk to and incredibly patient. Every question I had and her explanation of the process was answered with clarity. I also have to give credit to Jason as he helped me a few times over the phone. Like Fabiola, he answered all of my questions I had about some specific parts of the lease. Both he and Fabiola we're very polite and professional - 10/10 customer service! I look forward to my residency here! NN"

"Wow this property surpassed my expectations and Fabiola played a major role in that. Her demeanor towards not just me but other customers was remarkable . She made sure I was well set up. And went above and beyond for me, as did her manager. The property itself is also pretty nice from what I can see so far. I’m excited to be living here"

"You will be lied to upon move in and move out, nickled and dimed every month and on move out. treated disrespectfully by staff (except Fabiola, she's very sweet and I can tell she cares) shay and Jason are rude on the phone and to your face. They don't stop to understand your situation and just talk down to you every single time. Shay always seems like she's starting fights with you, raises her voice, talks over you, and she will even hang up in your face. This complex cannot keep you safe, they had security but stopped it for what ever reason. they tell you to call the cops instead, people sleep in the gym and on the stairs in front of your door, graffiti happens and gets painted over. You pay for what the management company should be paying for regarding the leasing offices utilities, your paying for their electricity and gas what ever it's used for I can't tell you because shay couldn't tell me. NO SOUND PROOFING! You hear everything and they don't care, they pulled up the carpet on the upper floors and put cheap peel and stick laminate that's not sound proof and no sound proofing is added. Bones and trash are an issue, so be mindful if you have dogs and walk the complex. Company cars and double parking is an issue. It's a great location, however the location Is not worth the issues You'll have. You'll be better paying for something else, this place is a waist of your money Ps. no there wasn't transparency but no matter how many times I say that it's consistently bypassed like you didn't care about anything I said that happened to me, so please don't act like you're trying to understand my frustrations and opinion of living here when you didn't want to hear it while I lived there...my email hasn't been answered in a week Pss. Congestion on Holcomb bridge is very bad add 10-15 minutes to your commute if you're lucky. not enough maintenance men for all the units, water leaking is NOT an emergency, dog poop everywhere they send threatening notices about picking it up but don't refill the doggy bags or take out the trash you put the poop in consistently and it starts to stink. NOT A SMOKE FREE PROPERTY! Everyone still smokes, again threatening notices are sent but they don't know who's doing it so they ask you to get involved and tell in your neighbors. The surrounding area has questionable activity which is why the security was needed, again while the security was making rounds I felt safer, no one was sleeping near my door then."

"Location of property is not bad but overall service is not that good. Maintenance team itself is good. Front office staff does not appear to have urgency in serious matters such as pest control. Been here since June 2022 and didn't start bad but continued rodent problem has left me frustrated as been on and off as occurred but no real solution and at this point would like to leave if possible as is turning into consistent issue that cannot seem to be contained."

"Thanks to the Head maintenance Lucius and his quick prompt response to our AC and heating system we were able to get it back up and running once again. The system stopped cooling completely. Not only that, but because of the unit being 30 plus years old, he is recommending and will have installed a new interior and exterior units to prevent any continued and inconveniences with our Heating and Air system! We are very grateful for the work he does and the great attitude and attention that he brings with every visit."
