"I have been waiting on a security deposit refund since June and the property won’t respond to emails or calls. I sent an email to the property, the leasing consultant that helped us, and the manager and it took sending the same email 3 times and going to the office in person to get a partial response confirming they would start the refund but completely ignored my concern of it being mailed to the address I was moving from. I requested it be mailed to the work address on the application but I haven’t been able to get confirmation on where the check was mailed. Edit: it’s been 7 months but we did finally receive the security deposit refund"

"This place is disgusting, the trash valet picks and chooses what trash they will take, some of the neighbors have rats others have snakes and everyone has roaches. Their are vultures that roam the neighbor bc of the trash valet not maintaining all the trash. The front office is rude, they don't follow through on anything except the leasing office, they put all attention into their office and not the community. Some of the tenants don't have heat and a lot of the apartments have water damage and mold. Don't move here!!!! Unless you will be homeless, don't move here!! Reporting all pictures and living conditions, this complex needs to be shut down or given to a property manager that will care for it and the tenants without attitudes."

"Do not move here! Nothing will ever get fixed if you move into the apartment. there’s trash everywhere in the neighborhood they don’t respond to your emails. I’ve only been living here since July and I’ve had so many issues. I still do not even have my mailbox keys. It might be affordable, but it is not worth it. The people in the leasing office will not get back to you maintenance as a joke. I have an upstairs window that you can’t get to from floor level and not only did the maintenance man hit everything coming in with his ladder, but he also scuffed up the walls and proceeded to drill a piece of wood so that he could attach the blinds. They do not fit the window. I also asked them if they could come out and fix my dishwasher and my dishwasher still has not been fixed. My tub is leaking and they say that it’s working fine and that they’re not gonna replace it but I still have a whole in my ceiling from where they were looking at it. The maintenance guy does not speak English which is fine he uses a translator but he doesn't actually fix anything. When he came out to fix the dishwasher he told us that we would have to fix it because he couldn't. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!"

"I strongly advise against considering this place for your housing needs. My time at this establishment has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my experiences to protect others from a similar fate. First and foremost, the safety of this place is a significant concern. During my stay, I witnessed unsafe conditions that the management consistently failed to address. There was a persistent issue with black mold growing in the property, which posed a serious health risk. Despite numerous promises to rectify the situation, nothing was ever done, and my health suffered as a result. Beyond these glaring safety concerns, it's essential to highlight the discriminatory practices that are evidently prevalent here. If you happen to be Hispanic or African American, you may find yourself targeted for unfair treatment. It's deeply unsettling that some individuals within the management team seem to believe that certain ethnic backgrounds have no rights. This blatant discrimination should not be tolerated in any capacity. Moreover, dealing with the office staff at this place is an exercise in frustration. They are consistently rude and dismissive, making it clear that they do not value the concerns or well-being of their residents. If you've had similar experiences while residing here, I strongly encourage you to contact the housing authority and seek legal aid in Georgia to file formal complaints. Perhaps, with enough voices raised against these injustices, some positive changes may be instigated. To the landlords responsible for this property, be aware that everyone, regardless of their background, has rights, and discrimination will not be tolerated, in short. SEE YOU IN COURT To everyone else STAY AWAY! you're better off living in your car."

"Do not trust this place with your money!! It has been weeks and I still have received no response from Adrianna Day, Mack Management, or anyone else at Roswell Creek Leasing regarding how my account was overcharged on rent for the month I moved out. I only lived there for 25 days for the month of August and they charged me for the entire months rent. They ignore emails and dismiss you when you go into the office. This is the most unprofessional leasing staff I have ever dealt with. The leasing office is also so uninviting to residents and prospective tenants. They don't even have chairs for people to sit down in, which is most likely a method for them to keep people out because there are so many unhappy residents here who are mistreated by the apartment staff. Also, please do not waste time going here on a Saturday because the leasing staff never go into work on Saturday despite the hours being listed as open. The office is always closed on Saturday. My apartment smelled like sewage for the majority of time I lived here because they never repaired the whole in the bathroom wall that the people the apartment complex hired to fix the frozen pipes put in. Residents are also constantly sent community wide emails written in all caps threatening to fine them if they don't do what they are told."
