"During my stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton in Roswell, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The front desk reception was warm and welcoming upon my arrival, and I was pleasantly surprised to see my name displayed on the flat-screen TV, as a member of the Hilton rewards program. The overall cleanliness and attention to detail of the hotel were commendable. The complimentary breakfast was particularly noteworthy, as everything was fresh and served hot."

"I was impressed of the reviews on this place. It was the main reason I booked here, obviously. Customer service was great as I entered. When I got to my room, I noticed a mucus film in my sink. I had to rinse it out and tried to shrug it off. As I went to shower, I immediately noticed hair all over the back of my toilet…. I’m disappointed. I paid slightly extra for this place because of the awesome reviews. It was a let down for me. TV’s are pretty small if this matters to you…. Ours had a green line going through it as if it were about to go out. Again, employees were friendly and I do not fault the front desk staff. However, I’m not impressed with the cleanliness or standards of the room."

"Great hotel if you need to be in the Roswell area. Quality rooms, very large and comfortable. Love the kitchens and great breakfast included with the stay. Lots of options. Highly recommend."

"We had the very best experience at this hotel. We came to town for a wedding and so we were already anticipating a hectic stay. Greta at the front was beyond one of the best customer service experiences we have ever had. She answered all our concerns and explained things we had questions about. She was sweet, personable, loving and honestly she made us feel like family. She greeted my family at check in with a smile and warm hug ( they all adored her) the rest t of the staff was helpful and kind as well ( Nate and Brooke are who we got to meet as well)."

"After having an issue at another hotel, I ended up here around 12:30am on a Friday night/early Saturday morning. They were able to accommodate me (with no reservation) with no issues. I was given two water bottles at check-in for being a Hilton rewards member. The room was clean. The floor on the sides of the fridge was clean, and the tops of the cabinets/shelves that ran down one side of the room were clean as well. I saw no bugs when I checked the mattress, nor did I see them anywhere else in the room. Breakfast was fairly limited, but grabbed an individually wrapped bagel was good enough for me. The lobby also had individually wrapped green apples sitting out all day, plus coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. I don't think the hotel was sold out when I was there, but I had no issues finding a parking spot and the parking lot was well lit. I tried to sleep in one day, and I could hear the housekeepers talking in the hallway, but I was exhausted enough that it didn't keep me up. The blackout blinds were the most effective blinds I've ever seen. I had to leave them slightly cracked to let some light in the room so I could see in the morning. After a really bad experience at another hotel, I greatly appreciate this Home2 Suites and how I was able to find a safe, comfortable place to stay."
