"I would like to share my experiences with location, at time arrival at this location I was charged 33.00$ plus tax for early check in along with the room rate, I was told I would be refunded it never happened, I was charged every night for about two weeks for late fees of 33.00 plus room rate. I was involved in a vehicle accident and I called and let the front desk know that I was injured was waiting on help from officers and medical assistance so I would not be there I also had made an reservations Ms Chloe asked me if I had monies on my card for the room. The next morning I’m receiving calls about payment for room in which was Wednesday. Wednesday night I had a close friend to bring to the location to gather my things to check out I have my dogs in my rooms also the property office called someone and told me she said if I didn’t have money for Tuesday night and Wednesday night I was not getting in. No money no getting your belonging. If you don’t know how to be professional about guest find another job. Friday I recvd a call from the general manager Beverly Lowe indicating she checked Ms young out days ago and her dogs was going to the animal control. Saturday the phone was rings from studio 6 Roswell no vm final officer called indicated that was pickup Ms Young dogs taking to animal control.. Money is the matter for this location. If you have no money, it doesn’t matter if you half dead or alive the location wants money. They are rude unprofessional and desperate for $$$. That’s my experience. Normally I would receive a survey about my stay not this time"

"The Roswell Georgia location goes beyond "Southern Hospitality". Beverly and the staff are always accommodating. The rooms are set up nicely to make a longer stay pleasant. They are always responsive to any questions about the area and information about restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. If you are a longer term resident they do make you feel like part of the community. The refrigerator, microwave and cooktop are essential. Fresh linens and towels upon request."
