"We’ve been renting here for over a year now. They’ve changed management a few times and ownership. Their care for their tenants is lackluster. They attend to small things when it’s convenient for them. They will send maintenance in unannounced and without warning. Their coffee machine is down a good bit of time in the lobby. There are locked doors that can remain open if not shut all the way which can allow anyone to just walk inside. We’ve brought many of these things and more to their attention and it takes far too long for things to be fixed if at all."
"We are renting here for a month now. We had a roach infestation from day one. We had two treatments already and nothing gets rid of these awful pests. They crawl everywhere. I am having nightmares about it. The first two nights we killed close to 30 roaches (after 20 I lost count). The staff acts as if this is completely normal. I tell you this, I rented before but never had such a disgusting experience."
