"Stayed her for 3 day , I had no problems whatsoever, easy in and out. Great breakfast and superb house keeping. I'd do it again and again when in Atlanta. Thanks for your hospitality."
"The front desk clerk Sunny gave me a hard time while booking a reservations for our room. He was no help at all and very disrespectful while talking to him on the phone he kept talking over me and cutting me off while I was explaining to him about making a new reservation online so me and my family could stay another night. He made me and my family stay here uncomfortable with how rude he was I wanted to check out at that moment and go somewhere else but thanks to the manager he was more helpful and respectful and handle the situation way better. We most definitely won't be coming back here!"
"Cockroaches everywhere. Don't be fooled by online pictures. Filthy. Immediately turned around and left, certainly did not stay. Rude, unhelpful, unsympathetic staff, too. Edit: Since I cannot respond to their "response" except with this edit - I will NEVER ever be coming back to your establishment. And I will spread the word to everyone that I can to do the same, while visiting Atlanta. You respond to a lot of Google Reviews, but your hotel is still disgusting. Thankful for the easy Credit Card Chargeback."
"Worst hotel ever! The customer service was definitely the worse! The outside and inside of the hotel smells like cigarettes. The rooms were super old and smelly. The carpet had blood stains and so did the bathroom counter.The toilet didn’t flush very well, in able for urine to go away we had to flush 3 times.The screen door had a hole and didn’t close. The lights on the hallway were super creepy since they kept blinking and going out. The receptionist was very rude and disrespectful,I asked a simple question and got yelled at. Please save your money and time and don’t come here."
"the location is great close to my job and shopping. The 1st room(226) reek of cat urine or something . I switched rooms (176) and it smelled better and better wifi signal. Beds are comfortable. Hotel is outdated once you leave the lobby. Hallway carpet could be replaced. It is a 2- 3 star location. Breakfast was good. Custom Service good also. You Definitely get what you pay for."
