"We love living in Willeo Creek apartments. Though we have not met many neighbors yet, those that we have encountered have been incredibly pleasant. The staff both at the office as well as maintenance are great people, and very accommodating of the needs of their tenants. Our unit seems to have been pretty well maintained, and the newly upgraded leasing office, gym, and pool facilities are an added bonus. We love the security provided by the gated entry, and the surrounding areas have quite a lot to offer. Both in nature as well as dining and entertainment."

"I have officially been in my apartment for 3 months. My daughter stumbled across this place after we searched for months. It had 4 star ...I was skeptical because of the price range. Most places under 2k are terrible. I took a chance and stopped by and I can't tell you enough how pleasant the staff is. Everything William (leasing agent) told me was absolutely true. "We upkeep our apartments and grounds, we respond quickly to our residents, and you will love your apartment and the amenities." I wanted to wait to see if all of it was true. Everything was spot on. I am so pleased with my decision to live her and I know I will be here for a while. Things to note: New leasing office (finished mid September) with Gym and pool (open all year). This area is VERY well kept. Maintenance responds with in 24 hours... I have had several minor concerns and they always came out right away with a great attitude. If you have children, consider living toward the front of the complex...its A LOT of walking from the back, and the hills are something else. No bug issues other than the seasonal GA water bugs. The pest control man came and took care of that...haven't seen one since. I can't think of one complaint other than my leadfooted neighbors!"

"When you walk into the leasing office, honestly I had toured about 8 places before this one and it was the best leasing office I had seen. That was clue number one it was good. Number two, everyone in the office had this energy about them, that I loved. I felt very respected, like a person and not just a number to get money from. That’s very important to me. I met with William and we toured an apartment, I got to take a video so I could send it to my other person living with me who could not physically be there; that was also crucial. I felt comfortable enough to even ask, other places I did not get that vibe. I’m only giving 3 because I’m still in the approval process but so far, I have zero complaints. The apartment we toured was in great shape, didn’t have that “landlord special” feel. Appliances, carpet, flooring were all in great shape and felt brand new. William told me that maintenance usually takes that day to get back to you unless there’s a part they need to order which is totally understandable so I’m hoping that wasn’t a sales tactic. The grounds were kept amazing as well. And I love the greenery everywhere! Big bonus for us."
