"I've been living here going on my third month and it has been peaceful. The townhomes are huge inside. At night, it is very quiet which is a plus. I like the fact it is located in the cut. I never hear any loud music or people out and about. There are a lot of kids in the complex but they don't bother anybody. I have seen my fair share of spiders, but I'm sure it's because of the numerous trees around. Maintenance handles any issue I have within a week's period. The office staff is friendly, however they can do better as far as their communication goes. I literally have to call the leasing office several times before I can get an answer."

"Yep. This was a mistake. I just signed the lease on Friday 09/28/2018 and I instantly regretted it. They have been notoriously difficult to get a hold of in the weeks leading up to my move. They screwed up my lease, charging me an additional $15 more than the agreed upon rent before I got here and Denise asked if I could just bring another money order to pay the extra $15 rent, rather than change an obvious typo. I refused and she sent an updated lease, which I signed when I moved in. The day of the move, the phones were disconnected (apparently without the office staff being notified) and I called them all day and couldn't reach anyone to move in. I came to the property in person at 2:50 pm for my 4 pm move and there was a note on the door saying they'd be back by 3:30pm. I spoke to the maintenance man and he was of no help, so I returned at 3:32 pm and stayed until 4 pm just to see there was no one there. Fortunately, I returned at around 5:55 pm and finally caught the leasing agent just before close. I was then able to sign the leasing documents and she gave me 3 days off the rent, which I appreciated and which lessened my aggravation. I walked in for an inspection with the leasing agent and the apartment wreaked of rotting trash from a previous tenant. Upon moving in, I noticed three dead roaches and one live one in the corner. Turns out there is a massive infestation and roaches are EVERYWHERE. I cleaned the cabinets and washed my dishes, only to open the cabinets and find 2 roaches on top of the dishes I had just put in an hour prior. I've since lost count of how many me and my children have killed and we just moved in yesterday. There are no screens on any of the windows, the air conditioner does not work upstairs and the vents are in odd locations (such as behind the door in the corner of the room) so upstairs is always warm despite it being on. I took my first shower here and there was a huge puddle on the downstairs floor which soaked all our shoes due to an old roof leak. The appliances and carpeting are relatively new, but the floor is uneven and the carpet is poorly installed so you can feel things under the carpet when you walk. The leasing agent, Karina Gondola, was very nice and apologetic, but she's only one person and can't be expected to handle everything. The star I did give them is for her. Otherwise, I would rate them a zero. I will give them an opportunity to repair these issues, but if they don't, my stay here won't be very long."
