"I have been living here for 13 years and I’m honestly tired of living here . It’s a boy in the neighborhood , they are brothers with dread locs the boy brother has felony several felonies and Latisha knows this and they still live over over here . People have been killed over here it’s roach infested . When I need something management takes their time to resolve it . There’s kids that live here and don’t live over here they have been beating on my door throwing stuff just disrespectful I have footage. The kids are just disrespectful it’s like u just can’t tell no anything . You tell the kids to get off your car and they upset . I’ve called the police several times and they basically nothing that they can because they are kids . But it’s ok for them to harass me ? Just because I asked them to get off my car hmmmm wow . I don’t feel safe over here . My daughter does not go outside I don’t trust nobody over here it’s just pure ratchet and ghetto . Don’t move over here the rent high as hell"

"When I called in to brooks crossing I spoke with Nicole she went over everything with me and told me to come in and feel out in app. When I got there she welcome me in my baby boy with open arms the process was smooth and easy her and her team are very welcoming and straight to the point about the everything. Everytime I called Nicole answered or returned my call. I want to take the time out to let you in your staff know we love our new place and everytime I pass the office my baby wants to stop by to say hi! Special thanks to Kia for getting my maintenance concerns taken care of in a timely manner. In btw I can’t leave Latisha out she was by far amazing, knowledgeable, and help with the move in I just love her.
