"January 1, 2024, Citadel Real Estate Group, LLC has selected Asset Living Management to professionally manage Wynthrope Forest…NEW MANAGEMENT has become the worst experience living here,I have lived here for 6 months and have NEVER had any issues with maintenance calls until the NEW MANAGEMENT took over a few weeks ago,we haven’t had access to online portal (paying rent/or maintenance requests. I have been calling in to the main office letting them know I have a broken garage disposal and ants coming out of my bath is faucet. When I called in I was told 72 hours,that was a week and half ago . I called today and was told my maintenance request was NEVER PUT IN by the person I spoke to last week SMH ! I can’t wait for my lease to be up ! Thanks to the NEW MAINTENANCE me and my neighbors are NOT HAPPY since our old management has left ! Don’t move here ..not the same !"

"Enjoyed my 2.5 years at Wynthrope. The staff have always been professional and detailed. Always willing to meet my needs related to my apartment.
