"I live there for 3 years dealt with mice for whole three years i was staying there they not fix the problem until was time for me to leave real bad mice problem rats rats rats doing the During the winter time during the summer time you have Nat problem bad. Rent office lady is Racist she stole half my Deposit after i clean out the apartment she a lier and Cheat u cant use toilet paper or Flush it down u habe to throw it away..even u do # two can flush it u have throw it away outside nasty Mold dont stay here may look but it aint good no pool or play ground so nasty i co in apartments in on the outsidey Mold Mold in apartments in onin apartments inMold in apartments"

"I have been living here for over a year now and I feel right at home. They are renovating the apartments and I've had absolutely no issues in my apartment. Not only is it clean, but the central A/C and Heating works great, the appliances are up to date, & I have never had a bug or rodent problem. Management has always been very quick to respond to any questions or concerns I might have as well, which makes a very big difference! My neighbors are very friendly and peaceful, but they also mind their business and are respectful. Best of all, the rent is affordable and these apartments are conveniently located close to major roads and highways which makes commuting easier. The only downside is not having a washer/dryer in unit but I don't mind it. I highly recommend this place!"

"The previous reviews were scary but I still took a chance on this place and I don't regret it. They're apparently under new management now and I haven't had any issues whatsoever living here. No bug or rodent issues. Neighbors will speak but they mainly stay to themselves like I do. My ONLY complaint is that sometimes you're waiting a while after submitting maintenance requests, BUT it's only 1 person so it's not his fault. I've only needed to do so twice for very small issues."

"Need a makeover inside and out especially being located on a main street. Instead of going up on the rent the rat infestation need to be addressed and fixed. The apartments that people live in should be remodeled 1st not the empty ones. Bad management at this place for too long!"
