"They make you feel some type of way and gaslight you when you put in a work order when you are paying $1,300 a month . They ask as if you are the problem when you need something fixed . Roach infested place while . Run! Do not rent here . Also the AC filters were never changed when I moved in full of debree for your kids to breathe in , I had to beg them to fix that too . Carpet was full of soil but I believe too they faked a receipt saying it was cleaned"

"There is a major pest control problem in these apartments. The apartments need a deep pesticide treatment, not that water down stuff they use. Ever since I have moved in, I have had a problem with ants- from the window sil, bathroom drain, my children's room and now my upstairs hallway and closet! I have made complaints multiple times and they have fallen on deaf ears. I was even told over the phone that i needed to "mop the floor" as though I was the problem and yet they did nothing. No one came by to seal the cracks from where the ants were coming even though I have requested multiple times for them to do so. This last time, and the straw that broke the camels back, my child was bitten by the red ants. This is unacceptable.... Rent money is expected on the first but I also expect maintenance to do their job. As a single mother, this is not okay. Attaching pictures since this is the only way anyone believes that the apartment needs to be bombed and treated properly for ants. I DO NOT recommend!"

They are so kind and always show they know how to handle a tuff situation while still being respectful, kind, and trustworthy. Highland willows is just a great affordable place all around and if you have any problems there the ones who can get the job done in the best way possible :)."

"I love this neighborhood. I moved in right before Thanksgiving 2022 and I really like it here. Its really quiet and safe. The neighbors are friendly. The staff is awesome! Ms.Tye in the office has a really great personality and very professional. If there is a maintenance issue its handled immediately. The maintenance crew is nice and respectful. The rent is reasonable compared to the rent elsewhere. Only issue is the pool isnt open and the park only has slides. Otherwise I love it here."
