"I spoke with the apartment manager Louisa today about some concerns and she listened and although she is new to the property, made me feel confident that she would do everything in her power to get my concerns met. The maintenance man Cameran is friendly and helpful. The ladies in the office Denice and Alex are so friendly, and I thank them for that, because that's hard to find sometimes these days. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because I want to wait until my concerns are all dealt with, and I will definitely change to higher stars after that. I believe in being honest, and this review is just that.Thank you to the staff mentioned, and also to the cleaning lady for a great job after an issue with my bathroom and the plumber."

"They are wonderful! They really work with you and are very honest about how they can help in any way possible. Ms. Louisa is very kind and considerate to all of her tenants and I truly appreciate the opportunity to stay at this property. Upon my first arrival just viewing the property, they were very truthful about everything I would be receiving as a tenant and they never made it hard on me to be vocal about any issues or concerns which I value very much. I truly love staying at this property and would highly recommend for first time apartment tenants!"

"Been here since March and have had 3 or 4 different property managers. Moved in and it wasn't clean, the bathroom wasn't finished being remodeled, the deck is completely unsafe to be on, the kitchen needed work. None of these things have been fixed. The shower was broken and unusable after the first week and it took maintance 3 weeks to "fix it". The heating didn't work until I threatened to call the authorities. We've had our water shut off multiple times without warning and for many hours. There's trash everywhere because there are tons of empty units that are being used by squatters who cause trouble in the neighborhood. Like, drive by shootings and harassing the people who actually pay to live here. And the pool and gym have never been open the whole time I've been here. There are tons of roaches in many of the units and they charge 20 dollars for pest control but dont actually do anything about them. Outrageous prices for nothing good. This place is a joke. Do not move here."

"Property seems to be going through some upgrades. Looking clean and staff are very responsive. I walked in and was greeted by the property manager Luisa and she showed me a model unit and was of great help. Will definitely will be moving in. Looking forward to becoming a part of the community"
