"This is my third year of extending my lease with park walk Apartment. One of the main reason I'm extending the lease is Zamir Haidari the manager of this property. He always try to handle the situation ASAP with the knowledge and very strong 24/7 maintenance team. Last time I had to call maintenance team and the team showed up in less than an hour, even though it was 5am. This apartment is very nice compared to other apartments around here. They definitely deserves the Christmas bonuses."

"I Love Mrs. Keisha. She is a very kind hearted and loving person. She is very professional and always makes sure your needs are met. Out of the 3 years I have been here she has been the one that makes sure everything is going right. I literally was not happy and was ready to move, but Mrs. Keisha came in like superwoman and saved me from leaving. She made sure before I moved to my new renovated apartment that everything was up to par. Thank you Mrs. Keisha for being the best manager of these apartments since I have been here. "Great maintenance team, very responsive will be with you in less than an hour after request is submitted. Peaceful during the day, but the kids who stay in these apartments have been breaking into cars this past year. My car was broken into twice once in February, and again in June + stolen and wrecked... Glad I did not renew my lease. I have spoken with a longterm resident who has mentioned pool has not been open for 3-4 years."

"I've lived at Park Walk apartments for 2 years. Park Walk is a great place to live. Timely maintenance and Always nice. What stop me from 5 star is my rent went up twice in a year. Jan and july because of no clarity in leasing agreement and change in Property manager. And there is no laundry room,gym, or pool usage for two years but is on the website listed as amenities."
