"Am rating this a 1 star because the gates are always broken and after2 months the whole apartment fell apart and took them 6 months to come down and fix the dishwasher the leaks and a lot others and it gets molded so easy and a lot other things are broken"
"A lot of improvement have been made and are on the way. I am excited for what is in store for this property. Thank you to Cynthia for resolving my previous issues!"
"I am rating this apartment complex 1 star because I didn’t even get pass the gate before I was greeted with rudeness by one of which I am assuming was a leasing agent. I arrived there at 5pm with the understanding that they close at 6, so I’m guessing her short patience was due to it being so close to closing time. Which could be understandable, but this is her job she chose this profession, and hanging up on a potentially future resident because she didn’t have the patience to assist with information about the property and available units, or take the time to get an appointment set is unacceptable and unprofessional. This lady hung up on me in mid conversation as I was trying to set a date for an appointment, ( patience is a virtue) she may need to reevaluate her career path. Not only did she hang up on me, she turned the phones off as I was ringing the phone back at the gate trying to give her the benefit of the doubt that it was an accident. Now With all of this being said it’s sad to say I am no longer interested in becoming a future resident, because just that incident alone gave me second thought on who I would have to do business with when it comes to paying my rent."
"I just moved in and I love it. Well kept property is very quiet with friendly neighbors. The complex is located in the middle of the historic part of College Park surrounded by beautiful homes and tree lined sidewalks making the area feel like a small southern town. Neighborhood is safe with local restaurants and super markets well within walking distance. My move in date had to be pushed back because of covid related supply issues (unit has been renovated) but the friendly and professional staff made it worth the wait. Great area."
"The neighborhood is extremely nice but the units are terrible. I’ve had mold in my unit since I moved in, continuous water leaks, bugs and infestations. My items were continuously being molded and the rent office kept coming out to “fix” the issue. The issue literally returned every month. The management team is what I call “nice-nasty” When complaining about my situation they never empathized and treated me as if I was wrong. If they were in my situation it would be hard to keep calm too. I ended up breaking my lease and they still want me to pay a break lease fee even though my damage to my personal items outweighed the fee. They told my renters insurance it wasn’t mold but “water intrusion” which leads to mold. Poor community, poor management, poor company overall. I am glad to be gone. If you see this don’t do it, reconsider. Read some literature."
