"The employees close the store whenever they feel like it, no rhyme or reason to the hours. Poor management too. No organization. Safety concerns as well. This is a waste of space. A different store could be there that offers more products and quality service. Doesn't even deserve a star. Update 5 months later....they still lack the ability to stay open at the hours that are posted. Seriously Buford could use a better store in this location. Consumers enjoy being able to conveniently go to their local store and buy the things they need and fast. What good is the store if it isn't open and the shelves are not stocked when it is open? I guess they like giving their very easy business away to the other local stores?"

"The last 4 out of 5 times I've gone by this store, which is close to where I live, they're closed. They do not stay open for their posted hours and will randomly close in the afternoon for rest of day/night. They've been closed Saturday and Sunday for the past three weekends whenever I've gone by there during what's supposed to be their open hours. It's ridiculous. I won't waste my time going by anymore. They leave merchandise in boxes in the middle of the aisle and shelves will be totally empty. It's the worst managed store you'll ever see. They need to close it and let another retailer have that space that will be a service for the community instead of only opening for a few hours here and there when they feel like it."

"Service is horrible. The employees are super rude. Today I came here to buy something very quickly and the employee told me that I can’t come in because it’s closed. Yet there were people inside shopping. I proceeded to walk away, when she yelled at me telling me to come back, that it’s open now. She told me that she is only letting 5 people shop at a time for 5 minutes!! Why on earth would I go to a store where I’m being timed to shop. I walked away, there’s no way. I wouldn’t even give this store a star. It’s sad how bad this store went down."

"This store is never really stocked and everything in the store is almost always empty plus not enough people working in the store even when I come and purchase stuff, the employees don’t really give me my receipt after I pay for my stuff. Basically this store doesn’t even deserve a star."

"Well, Dollar General is nothing to really bragg about. However, this one in Buford Georgia is an exception. Great customer service. Mr. Roger is a awesome customer service guy, very personable. Shelves are always stocked. Even for a coupon queen like me!"
