Best Buy

"I've made 2 television purchases with them over the last 12 months. Both purchases were at competitive price, and working well. The employees in the t.v. department are great .. provide good information to help in my selection. Sadly, other departments within the store, the employees seem to dodge you and avoid interacting with customers."

"This Best buy is bigger than any I have ever been in. Lots of choices for anything you can think of. I needed a $200 microwave. They had just what I wanted. But window shopping was fun. I saw a few $11,000 ovens and refrigerators. Fascinating stuff. The sales people were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Quick service and easy to check out. They carried it out to my car, no problem! Thank you!"

"Ordered an item online, and it said the item would be ready in 1 hr. I even called the store to verify that the online inventory was correct and my item was in hand. I then received a message that my order was being processed, and then the money was pulled from my account, no longer pending or processing. I then drove over 1hr to the Buford location, and when I arrived, everyone was kind. I told them I had ordered online and was early for my pickup. They said there was no order on their end. I pulled the email and bank transaction up and showed the employee and even the store manager. I had already been charged, and the email showed the order is being loaded for me. The warehouse guy even brought me my item out so it wouldn't get double purchased. After over 1.5 hours battling that I had already paid for the order and just wanted to take my item. Their system in store didn't show the same information. I called Cooperate while with the store manager, and they even showed my order had gone through. However they could not release the item until the store system uploaded the same information. I sat there with 2 kids in total, almost 2 hrs, and even after closing of the store. There was absolutely no assistance with a solution, I literally just wanted to take my purchased item at this point. It was my property that was paid for. I just had to break down, cancel my order from online, and hope the refund came through in the next few days, then buy it again in the store right then. So now it was a double payment for the glitch of their system. The manager was no help, nor was anyone at he cooperate. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars with this specific store not only for my personal purchases but also with a business account a few times a week. Needless to say, this also will be the last time I do business with them based on my previous experience. Worse than McDonald's ice cream machine....."
