"DO NOT ORDER WITH BEST BUY. We ordered a washer and dryer. AFTER we purchased it, we were told we would have to wait six weeks for it to be delivered. On the day of delivery(a Wednesday), they only bring a dryer. THEIR FAULT. So we have to wait till Saturday for the washer. Except on Saturday morning we get an email that the order has been cancelled and a refund has been issued. We call customer service the same morning and have to talk on the phone with them for nearly two hours before we get someone who can help, and then they say we can’t get the washer until Monday AND that if they bring it “as soon as Monday” they unfortunately won’t be able to install it for us anymore. We should’ve been bumped to the front of the line because every mistake was on THEIR end!!!!!"

"Arrived on 1-5-2024 at 4:45 a.m. for a 5:00 a.m. appointment. The security guard was courteous and professional. You hand your paperwork and ID to the guard at the guard shack and they instruct you to cut seal. Then you proceeded to door 428 to put paperwork in the basket, then back up to the door you are assigned. It's a green/red/green light system. They will also tap on your trailer a few times to let you know you are finished. I was on the dock a 5 and out by 6:00 a.m. I'm not sure why they have so many negative reviews, but my experience was streamlined and professional. I will say that the box trucks that come in and out fly through the lot and need to slow down."

"My delivery appointment was 11/14/23 at 5:00am. Check in 4:30am, got dock door #922 at 4:45am. And delivery done by 9:50am . Not only me. Another driver (same time checked in with me) on dock door # 934 , was still on dock door for unloading. Never back again best buy warehouse. Too Lazzzyyyy employees ."

"If 0 stars was an option I would give it that at best. This place will be getting a law suit. They are rude, RACIST, and unprofessional. They did not accept my load due to "not having a tag" when I have the tag on the trailer and have pictures for proof... Then they changed the story to not having a trailer number. The trailer number is stated on the registration, they would not "accept" it. They broke my trailer seal, and put a new one on written in PEN!!! Not even typed professionally!!! As I was waiting for dispatch to give me instructions on what the next steps are to fix the issue, they called the police to have me escorted out of the parameters. We will be contacting a lawyer. The employees need serious re evaluation. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!! As the supervisor to this warehouse I would be absolutely ashamed to be a part of a company like this with employees who act this way. For all of the people disappointed and angry with this place.... matters will be addressed and taken into action after what I experienced. Believe that."

"I arrived 40 min early, the line to the guard shack was crazy long. Sat outside the guard shack for 30 min waiting for a door (this is a 6am apt) than finally over 1hr 40min later I got backed into a door. You have to bring the paperwork to another door- no lights, tripped over garbage on the ground because the dubstep is in front of the door! All Best Buy’s so far have been terrible! I went into sb when I pulled in to say the least because I’m sure it won’t be under 2 hours. Oh and beware of 60mph box trucks."
