"Ordered some "demin" for Randy and the athletic fit just didn't fit right on him, so we proceeded to do a return. WOW. The process was quite simple. Although I had all the tags and papers included from the original order, the refund went through immediately. It was fantastic! Then we walked through the store in search of a skirt. Besides the 14 to 16 inch pieces of material, they had a few dark winter colors, but looks like maybe their brand name may carry lighter summer colors soon."
"This website has the opening hours at 10 am the store does not open until 11am. I wasn’t the only one who arrived at 10. I spoke to two employees. I told one she should let the manager know so the website could be updated. The second employee said they were aware of it. This happened over a month ago and it still hasn’t been changed."
"JCPenney is no longer a customer first store.. that era has ended. No more proper customer care which used to be there a couple of years ago. Looks like running out of business? Seems they don’t have enough funds to repair their own store.. finally when I shop for over 500$ and say no to apply Jcp card and ask to apply for coupons, the associate behavior changed negatively.. not a good experience"
