I was really discouraged with the departure of Perez as he was my go to guy when it came to cleaning and restoring my vacuums. There have been other employees come and go but I think this store finally has a solid foundation once again. "So why did I even bother to call ahead and ask if the bags for my vacuum cleaner are in stock?? I gave the lady my exact model number, and she even asked what kind of vacuum cleaner it is. Then she gave me a price for the specific bags and said she has them in stock. When I went to the store, she looked at me like I was from another planet and said she wasn't aware it was a canister vacuum cleaner (which I hat told her on the phone when I called) and it wasn't in stock. So I wasted a trip and an hour of my time because she couldn't pay attention when I called. Maybe she shouldn't be texting while at work (which she was when she appeared from the back and didn't even notice my presence) and do her dang work."
