"I went on Monday had a project with a closet. It was a nice guy Eric that helped me I had to go back and measure and I said are you here tomorrow and he said no I’ll be here Wednesday just come over and I’ll help you. I said great Trying to explain everything he got exactly what I wanted. When I got there Wednesday I took off work so I can get my supplies and he said well I’m sorry, but I’m too busy to help you. Somebody else can help you well I tried to talk to somebody else and they really didn’t understand what I wanted but he did. I already explained it to him he knew what I wanted. so I went and complained to supervisor supervisor was trying to help me too and he didn’t understand what I was talking about so I spent 45 minutes trying to explain what I want and was not getting any freaking help. Until he went and got Eric again to actually help me. We got everything together in like 20 minutes and I was out there so I couldn’t he help me the one guy said he’s the only one with the license to drive the forklift well then you need to get somebody else that knows how to do it too . I think his poor Business to tell somebody to come back and then you won’t take care of them. Unbelievable."

"The most useful customer service ever I wait for over 30 minutes to someone to help me . Long story short .....nobody care they didn't show at all."

"I would not recommend ordering products from this location that needs to be delivered and assembled. If you can do it yourself, great. If not, find a different location and or store. Malaika P was awesome in going above and beyond her current job function trying to resolve my issues and save the sale, however, I’ve gone through so much from 9/14-10/5, I just wanted a refund. I’m not sure why she’s not in management. I got further with her than the countless managers I spoke with. Malaika needs to be a customer manager to teach others what comes to her naturally. I’m very disappointed in my experience yet enjoy Malaika P trying so hard to resolve with satisfaction. I appreciate you and I hope Home Depot appreciates you more because they don’t appear to appreciate their customers like you do."

"This is the worst Home Depot ever! The employees are lazy! They act like it’s an inconvenience to help you or they ignore you completely. I am not sure how this location makes any money or stays in business as their inventory never matches what it says they have in stock. I could go on with stories about how terrible this place is but instead I will be shopping at Lowe’s from now on. I’m more than willing to pay higher prices for better service!"
