"The Staff is great and great customer service! Delivery was great as well! But when I returned everything a week before my payment date, and even paid 30.00 I was still charged my monthly payment and a day early! That has really messed me up! I was thinking about renting from them again but after this just accured I would never rent again. They lost another great customer. No excuses for this and a day early."

"Absolutely worst place I have ever dealt with. Clint and Sabastian are rude and will show up at your house and stalk you no matter the time of day. They are like Gru and his minion. They do not understand what it is like during a pandemic and put their employees in danger by sending them to peoples houses who do not pay the moment it is due. Will never use these jokers again and will be reporting them for their illegal practices. I'm a single mom and the intimidation they do is wrong. They think they are superior to women and border on harassment."

"First off the only reason I am giving three stars is bc the employees at this store are great .. my issues are not with them it’s with the company itself. I purchased a gaming computer that was way overpriced of course .. what was really sad though is when we opened it up this “gaming system” that I’m paying thousands of dollars for... didn’t even have a gaming mouse or keyboard. The keyboard and mouse supplied was the very basic and one you don’t game with.. shame on you for not at the very least providing a true gaming system. You certainly charged for one.. I also couldn’t bundle it. You put an outdated processor with the best monitors or the best processor with mediocre monitors. Bc of that I couldn’t bundle which brought my price way up. It shouldn’t be like that. And there was no o down or low initial payment offered either.. I paid the 200 up front and that was that. and my system was never delivered nor was the option to have it delivered offered.. hands down the employees were great .. I would’ve given one star had it not been for their good customer service ..and the fact my son is happy... just be fair and do what’s right don’t try to rip people off it’s not cool"

"Wow.... where do I start???? The worst worst worst customer service ever!!!! So called store manager Karlie or whatever her name is... absolutely has no business being in customer service world. Erika needs to be over that store period. Aaron's can be a successful place to deal with if you all change management and train your employees how to deal with customers. I do want to let all future customers know.... beware This store is an absolute horrific place to deal with especially the situation called store manager. She is rude inconsiderate and absolutely an shame to the service world. It's people like her that cause you all to have a bad reputation"

"Awful place to do business. Returned my laptop to this place and gave my credit card information to the manager to make the final payment the following day, first thing in the morning. Was told the amount that would be paid and gave my authorization to give that amount. The following day the transaction did not show in my bank account but I figured that they had been busy and it would go through. The following day I woke up and checked my bank account only to see that they had charged me more than $80 over what I agreed to pay. Of course, not happy about it, I called up asking to speak with the manager that I worked with. He was not in and I was told to call back another time. I asked to speak with another manager, who was just awful from a customer service standpoint. He told me that the "computer" controls everything and that the manager that gave me the monetary amount had no control over the amount. Bottom line, if a manager says you are going to pay X amount with no added fees, you should pay X amount with NO ADDED FEES. Also find that it is very convenient that when corporate wants to speak with you they will call 4 times a day, but when you try to call them, they will not answer....wierd. I would like someone from corporate to call me. Bad service is bad service, not only will I NEVER do business here again, but I will make sure that I spread the word along."
