"I do not recommend Verizon to anyone. The representatives are not trained properly. One will say one thing and then, when you call in, they will say another thing. Nobody knows what’s going on. When you first start out, they will tell you your bill is going to be this and then in a couple months your bill changes and they say oh no I’m so sorry for the confusion, but this is what your bill is now. Poor customer service. I would put them right next to T-Mobile customer service. Which is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced."
