"Stopped by to get some peat moss and trash bags and although it is 50 degrees outside the garden gates are closed. They wanted me to haul 10 cubes of peatmoss through the store. Walked by 8 team members including the assistant Manger and no one spoke to me nor any other customer in the building."

"I will never buy another riding lawnmower from here again. I was told I could bring it back since it was under 30 days and that was their policy on them. After going up there today I was told I couldn't because of some policy that was on my receipt. I was told I was lying when I told the store manager it wasn't on my online receipt. She also wanted to force me to listen to her tell me the policy before she would refund me my money,. She also made me show another employee that it was actually leaking oil and not lying to her and she implied that unless I gave her a name of the employee that told me I could bring it back she would not refund my money. I followed instructions that were give to me by a home depot employee and was treated like a criminal and a liar. I am also a disabled veteran and can't remember many things unfortunately... I shouldn't be punish and treated down for that. She also told me I was being rude, but after spending 3 thousand and being treated like that who wouldn't. Here's my proof since I was called a liar. Thanks a lot Home Depot in Lagrange"

"My hope is that management reads this review. Too often, the employees who go the extra mile don’t receive the recognition that they deserve. After our attempts to find a product that was sold out at all Home Depot locations within 100 miles of our home, we found Cynthia at the Lagrange location. She is a true gem. The customer service representatives at the other 5+ locations were both dismissive and rude, showing their annoyance at being asked about this product’s availability. My husband drove over an hour to Lagrange to see if it was in stock, and he met Cynthia. She took the extra time to check the inventory on the new shipment that had arrived, and provided my husband with a timeframe for unloading of the shipment. When my husband arrived at opening time the next morning (again over an hour drive), Cynthia was waiting with the product set aside for him as she knew he was making a long drive to come purchase it. She was incredibly kind throughout our entire experience, and was happy to provide phone updates when we reached out. She truly went above and beyond and maintained kindness and professionalism throughout. Cynthia, thank you so much for your help. It meant more to us than you know!"

"I went to home depot in Lagrange and received excellent customer service. My husband and I were on different ends of the store. My husband was in search of a garage door degreaser and I was in search of a tide and gain clearance item. The manager Geral just so happen to cross both our paths, and helped he husband locate the item he was looking for and he patiently looked up each item i was in search of to see if it was in stock. As we got to the front of the store an O-cedar spin mop system was marked for $ 17.97 but rung up $44.97 at the register. The cashier called for the manager and to our surprise it was Gerald he thankful honored the price. Not only because he honored the price but his willingness to go the extra mile to help his customers."
