"Everything here that I need excellent service"
"I have been regularly going to this store for a little over a year but unfortunately I will not be going back. A few minutes ago I was finishing up my shopping and changed my mind on 2 items. When I went to the aisle to put them back, I made the mistake of picking them up wrong in a way that made them come out of the packaging. As I was attempting to put them back together and apologizing to the employee who was working the aisle, she said something along the lines of, “In MY store, when you open something that means you have to buy it.” Which is completely fair so I immediately said that was no problem. She seemed incredibly angry so I apologized and tried to explain that I didn’t mean to open them. I suppose she thought this was me attempting to back out of paying so she then yelled at me that “You can buy them or I can CALL THE POLICE!” I reiterated again that I’m still buying the items like I already agreed, she led me to the front, I paid and left. Obviously I think her behavior was completely outrageous. At no point did I refuse to pay for the items once she made me aware that I needed to do so. I made a mistake. I realized that and agreed to fix it AND was apologizing. There was no need to threaten me at all."
"Easy to find items. Sometimes quick in and outs done. Then sometimes the registration is not set up for crowds awaiting as to make payment methods there. But overall satisfied. I have patience."
"I am an avid DG shopper. Its so convenient to run in and get a few items instead of going to Walmart or an actual grocery store. This DG however has the laziest employee ive ever seen. She is either in the back of the store hiding or smoking in the front when we need to check out. Everytime theres a customer ready to check out she rolls her eyes. Lately she has started making customers use the self checkout while she talks on the phone. Its ridiculous for me to have to use self checkout if there is no line. Seriously, im at a DG. I have 2 bags of items. What is her job if shes not checking out customers? If i wanted too i could literally walk out without paying because she hides in the back of the store."
