"Store manager very rude, always seems to have phone calls more important than the line of customers at the register. I simply asked for a empty throw away box to use for trash and while on the phone said they didnt have any. I seen some of the the side broke down, asked about those and she said all boxes go back to the company, then a few minutes later had another employee filling up the dumpster with empty boxes. Really??? How rude, in the face can you be?? Thats managment professionalism at its best!! No stars, all thumbs down."
"A larger selection of products, the "Dollar Dollar Store" (Family Dollar/Dollar Tree store) is a great combination. The employees in our Hogansville, GA store are wonderful. If you don't see it, ask. They will help you find what you need."
"Great place to shop for almost anything from plastic flowers, detergent, baby clothes,car wash supplies. The staff was very nice as I entered the store they both said Good morning welcome to Family dollar. The store was organized well, clean and social distance is practiced."
"I shop here regularly because it's a quick and convenient way to pick up necessities at a fair price. The prices are competitive to, and occasionally better than, those of the larger chain stores. This particular location is exceptional in that the staff is extraordinarily pleasant, friendly and helpful. This is my go-to store for after-holiday specials as I can always count on big mark-downs. A clean, well-organized and friendly place."
