"Every time I go into this store, I get looked at like I’m a bad person. Yes I wear all black, yes I wear a hoodie, but that doesn’t give employees a reason to automatically treat me wrong coz they assume I’m looking for trouble. My mother and I just got done shopping today and once again another incident happened here. The store manager asked my mom.. “ how many cards are you paying with” first of all… it doesn’t matter how many cards it takes to put food on the table for the family. As for me, I got a sad past with lots of trauma. I’ve lost a lot of friends and family to suicide, my choice of clothing shouldn't be a reason to be judged. I will not be shopping In person anymore. Tbh I felt very uncomfortable today, and the judgements/looks I get from ppl are making me not even want to leave my apartment. Don’t judge me if you don’t know me, that’s all I gotta say."
"There should be employees running the registers. Customers should not have to scan and bag their own items."
"I ordered for pick up for the 3rd time. I love this option. I don't have to go in and do the shopping only to have to self checkout everything I buy. I don't mind using self checkout for a few things but when I buy 150-209 items, I don't want to have to use self checkout. Using the order and pick up option, I don't have to anymore. This is definitely the way to do my monthly grocery shopping."
"Clean. Small enough to get in and out. Big enough to have what I need grocery/medicine wise. Self checkouts usually open."
"I have had some poor experiences with this location before, but I gave them another chance, and two days in a row I was told "we don't have no customer service today" and that is all I'm going to say."
