"I'm immediately turned off whenever I walk into a store and witness an associate talking on the phone while checking out customers. Why do people think it's okay to make personal calls, being all loud (even when not upset), when customers are in front of you?! I won't be going back here."

"The Store has been restaffed, from manager to merchandise manager. New stock associates as well as new assistant managers. All during Covid - 19, and not being able to keep and hire decent workers ! Good prices on dollar tree plus items with $3 and $5 items ! Shop till you drop. Stock up on good bargains now in 2021. New year is coming soon !"
"My first time returning items purchased. Didn’t matter I had all the receipts. Your policy is return one, buy one. Okay, but to have a person named MOE serve you as a Manager...This young girl has no customer service skills. I asked her if she speaks to all her customers the way she was speaking to me. She said yes and that she is the Manager and she is going to school so she doesn’t have to keep working at Dollar Tree. RIGHT THERE TOLD ME HOW MUCH SHE LIKES HER JOB. As a Director in customer service of 30 years I will never return to this store. Dollar Tree if this is your best effort in training your Manager perhaps you should think again. Miss MOE has an attitude and comprehension of NO Customer service, ultimately this can limit her. I hope you can find A way to mentor so that one day she can be successful."
