"0 stars if i could. store manager is rude, she treats her employees like trash. the online shoppers have walkie talkie and you can hear their managers yelling at them too. why does the managers at this store have to be so rude? the store is a mess and prices are always wrong. the cashiers at self check harass about 5 stars. maybe when you fix the managers and get the store to look better maybe then i will give you 5 stars"
"We had visited for a specific item which is in the hunting department. Of course it was a locked item, well I suggest if you're. Needing anything like that from Walmart, order online and pick up or have it ship. Because we stood there literally for 45 mins, while asking 7 employees about getting some help, but no one had a key. And then same thing with the electronics department. Walmart always have had not so good customer service, but it has became nearly non existent! If that's how they want their in store customers handled, then why not just be strictly online base store."
"I did curbside pick up. It went ok, but the guy who brought my order out was trying to leave too fast, not giving me enough time to get an inventory, to ensure everything was there. I know that it was cold outside, but he needs to dress accordingly so business can be conducted accordingly. Other than that, it was ok."
"It's really gone downhill. You had better like self checkout because they won't open more registers even when they literally have a dozen employees just walking around. Want something locked behind glass? Might as well order it from Amazon. You will get it faster."
