"We ordered a hood 2 months ago. They said it would arrive last week. When we inquired we got a generic email that said they encountered unexpected delays. They didn’t provide any time line and no one answers the phones. We have spent $2000 and don’t know if we will ever receive the hood and vent we ordered. This is holding up finishing our construction and move in. So upsetting. Happy to take down this review if they will respond to us and get us the product we ordered in an efficient manner."

"My husband and I recently renovated a home in the Forest Acres area of Columbia. My husband is a GC and I am a licensed realtor. Together, we purchase homes and flip them. I saw an ad on Facebook for a beautiful vent hoods and I reached out to, the owner. I showed him a couple of pictures and shared my vision and told him to create what he thought was best for the space. I didn’t want super dressy, something a little more.wan with a stainless hood, but wanted something a little more special for this house. I think what they came up with turned out beautifully. With my cabinet design, I had a section of cabinetry that was painted a very light gray, and the rest was a darker stain, almost a drift wood look. I was going with red oak floors and had to come up with something that would look great with the light stain on the floor as well as the cabinetry, so I went with a different stain all together, and I think it all pulled together nicely. I just had an agent open house today and everyone loved the renovation and thought that the hood looked fabulous in the space! Warnke & Company said what they would do, it was packaged very well, and arrived when I needed it. I highly recommend and can’t wait to order another hood from this company! Thank you , again! Kim"

"This company is a joke. They lied about shipping, said it was returned and the miraculously found it in a warehouse. Then when my 30” arrives, you have to put in your own bottom, and it’s actually only fits a 20” vent. Who would assume that the 30” only fits a 20” vent? Especially when they send you the link to buy a 30” vent… absolute garbage customer service, don’t waste your money, you’ll have to spend a ton finishing the product yourself even if your vent fits. Buy from a reputable business and not this owner who takes zero accountability for their false advertising."
