"Very disappointing experience! I had called to drop off clothing items and was told to come in two days after my call. When I went by I was turned away - without an apologize or sorry for the inconvenience. Clearly this shop does not care about any kind of customer service (at least on the day I came by). Martha, thanks for your reply. I have brought items to your store for years and have never had such a poor experience. I know to call before just showing up and since I had done that - I was shocked with the treatment I received. I have no idea who the person was that turned me away, but if she had apologized and explained the mix up I would have been fine. I got neither and that was what was so frustrating. I will check the online sign up and make an appointment. I think that is a wonderful idea!"
