Walmart Supercenter

"I really dislike this location but I continue to shop here as it's the closest one to me and the Alpharetta location is such a pain to get in and out of. This store is dirty, the associates are generally rude. The few times I have asked to speak to a store manager to resolve an issue I have been told there was not one there. I have had issues with prices not matching shelf tags and thier customer service dept refuses to honor the shelf tag price because" they don't have time to do all the price changes that come in". They literally told me to either pay the price it rung up at,or don't get it,they didn't care. Ok now I just feel like I am whining. Basically my recommendation is don't shop this location if you have another you can choose."

"I'm seeing more things that make me have to check every item I scan at the self checkout. Today the weight scale was off, in Walmart's favor by about 50%. I asked the associate for help to address and afterwards the associate didn't close the station down, maybe she will call someone a bit later, who knows. Either way, if you go there, double check everything.. I've had items double scan and have items labelled with a lower price, but higher at the checkout. An item, called Bubbly (carbonated water lists for $3.58 was consistently scanning at $3.72 for me). I went up to the store's customer service and told them to fix, hasn't been fixed for at least 6 months.."

"This is actually one of the few Walmarts I go to. Reason being, it’s in a safe area and has a certain kind of clientele. Tonight, I was assisted by two great associates! However, when I was checking out in the self check out area, There was a strange guy who I later found out was in associate named Kevin, who decided to stand under 2 feet away from me, and my child, as we were scanning and paying for our items. I spoke to him as a way to let him know that I see that he is in our area. He was not working or doing anything productive, just standing there watching our every move. he literally stayed there the entire time until after we walked away! As we were walking off, I told him to have a good night. He didn’t respond to me either time I spoke to him. I don’t appreciate being racially profiled, nor will I tolerate such ignorance. Somebody needs to handle him before he runs into a situation. He can’t get himself out of! Not everyone is the same."

"Worst employees of wallmart car centre, managers should look how they are behaving with the employees. I just went for tire checkup, they took almost an 40 mins just to check. Very rude with customers, I will never visit this wallmart."

"Typically pretty clean/organized. Self checkout is nice, and most employees are very nice. Only issues are things are often out of stock, produce has been.... less than fresh recently, especially lettuces. In the last few months, I've realized they are not checking expiration dates. Have accidentally bought several things now that should've been thrown out and taken off shelves. The last one was smoothies which had dairy in them. Bought them 9.17. Realized they expired 9.14, so just make sure you check dates before buying."
