"This is the most depressing place in all of Alpharetta to shop at! The employees are absolutely miserable!!! The store is an absolute mess. I can’t wait to get into my car after being at the store to get hand sanitizer on my hands ;(( Checkout is an absolute nightmare, no one says, how are you looks you in the eyes how was your day… They are so rude. They should actually pay me to shop there because it is like searching through a dirty garage sale I am telling you that every time I go there I feel so dusty and disgusting. There is a woman at the checkout with blonde hair and glasses. She is always at the very end and she couldn’t be more horrible ;( I thought bedding and sets of sheets, and she actually called someone over to make sure that the sheets with the price that they said thinking that maybe I had put a tag on there! I’ve never been so appalled in my life! Such a dirty hole!! And the employees are just as miserable as the store. But the blonde lady in the front with the glasses is the rudest person I have ever met!! Not that the others are any more gracious than her. Horrible experience, I promised myself I will never ever ever step foot back in this dirty “store”"

"This location has a great selection, but the employees are a terrible representation of the company. I’ve never had a pleasant experience with their cashiers. They barely greet you and it’s very clear they’re unhappy to be at work. I understand retail is challenging work and they are under a lot of pressure, but the customer service at this location is not acceptable for an Alpharetta store."
